Meet the Team

Jim Lee

Jim Lee - President

Jim directs all aspects of the company’s operations with focus on the acquisition of development sites, and the acquisition of equity and debt.

Prior to entering the development, management and ownership aspect of the self-storage industry, Jim was an independent, fee-based commercial real estate appraiser certified in the states of Texas and Oklahoma and a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. His appraisal practice had a primary focus on self-storage valuation for owners, lenders and tax appeal clients. Jim currently holds the SRPA & SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute.

From 1975 to 1985 Jim was president of a Louisiana based regional wholesale distributor of consumer products for Louisiana, Arkansas and East Texas with an annual sales volume of $20,000,000. Since then he has developed, acquired, managed and sold more than 30 self-storage facilities comprising more than 15,000 storage units and 2,000,000 leasable square feet and growing.

Separate real estate developments have included small retail centers, office/warehouses, free-standing net leased retail properties and horizontal land development.

Danielle O’Neill - Director of Operations - Internal Audit

Danielle serves many functions for all of the various 720 Companies to include: oversight of all accounting functions, cash management, lender reporting & compliance, insurance, and property taxes. During the construction of new facilities, Danielle performs all lender draw requests and oversees the business activation activities for all new partnerships and properties. Danielle is also heavily involved in the development and zoning process.

Additionally, Danielle serves as our financial and operational audit manager for 720 Management.

Danielle has a finance degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. She resides in Frisco with her husband and two (2) children.

Andy Heard - Partner

Andy is a partner in various partnerships sponsored by 720 Companies and provides expertise in capital formation, partnership structure, and investor relations.

Andy is presently a managing principle with Novak Partners in Georgetown, Texas. Previously Andy was managing director and serves as city leader of the Austin office of Hines. He joined Hines in 2004 as Assistant Project Manager in the Southwest Region Office in Houston and has been directly involved in the feasibility, analysis, development, asset management, and acquisition of commercial property throughout the Southwest region.

Andy earned his BBA in Real Estate Finance from SMU in Dallas and his MBA in Finance from Rice University.

Andy lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Courtney, and three (3) children.

Scott Norris

Scott Norris - Partner

Scott is a partner in various partnerships sponsored by 720 Companies, L.P and provides the company with expertise in the areas of zoning, entitlement, site planning, civil engineering and various municipal issues. Scott has 20 years of municipal experience with the state of Texas and has served as a senior planner in Plano and Frisco, Texas and CIP manager for the City of Frisco.

Since 2005, Scott has been a partner with a Dallas based real estate land development company involved in land acquisitions, entitlements and civil engineering planning for single-family residential and commercial developments. During this period Scott had construction oversight of large infrastructure projects in excess of $20,000,000.

Scott is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BS/LA and is prior service USMC. He has also served as a consultant to developers of more than 25 single family residential communities for planning and project management services.

Scott resides in Frisco with his two daughters.

Linda McLaughlin

Linda McLaughlin

Linda is a veteran financial accounting professional with 35 years experience. She received her graduate degree from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and her undergraduate from University of North Texas. Her various positions have included Owner of Smart Point Finance, a financial accounting consulting company; Senior Manager for an International Fraud & Forensic Accounting Firm in Dallas; Controller of a large oil and gas exploration, drilling & operating corporation; Vice-President of North American Energy Division for the National Bank of Canada; Auditor of one of the “Big 6” International Accounting Firms.

Linda now focuses her profession in the areas of financial and accounting reviews with consulting directed on problem solving and special projects.

Linda resides in The Colony, Texas and has one grown son and one daughter.

Arrin Myers

Arrin Myers - Bookkeeping

Arrin has developed significant expertise in self-storage operations and accounting and is responsible for all aspects of payroll, sales tax, preparations of 1099s, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank transactions. She also handles the coordination and compilation of individual storage facility accounting data, and is responsible for the month-end reporting processes.

Arrin and her husband own their own business in Flower Mound, Texas where she is in charge of all management, hiring, and accounting functions.

Arrin resides in Flower Mound, Texas with her husband and two children.

Olivia Sherburn

Olivia Sherburn - Office Administrator Property Manager

Olivia serves as our primary property manager for AStorage @ Stonebrook RV. She also manages the training of new employees and performs back office coordination for all 720 Companies. Olivia assists 720 Development with market research and initial property assessments and 720 Construction will prospect leads.

Olivia lives in Little Elm with her three daughters.
